Complimentary Marketing Package: Terms & Conditions

The complimentary marketing package is available exclusively to clients who are already registered with Corum and who sign a sole agency contract to list their property with Corum between the 10th of January and 31 January.

The property does not need to be launched to the open market by 31 January. Launch timing will be agreed separately between the client and Corum.

The complimentary marketing package includes:

• A bespoke marketing consultation tailored to the property and local market

• Professional presentation guidance and preparation

• Professional photography for use in the marketing of the property

• Access to advertise on Rightmove and the Corum website

• All miscellaneous marketing assets required to launch, including brochure, floor plans, copywriting etc

The package has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed against fees or other services.

The complimentary marketing package is provided on the basis that Corum is appointed as sole selling agent. Should the instruction be withdrawn prior to launch or during the marketing period, Corum reserves the right to recover the cost of any third-party services already incurred.

This offer is available for a limited time and is subject to availability. Corum reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to instruction.

Corum’s standard terms of business apply in all other respects.
